Call centre for Etihad, Voyager Building, Manchester Airport T2
The project comprised the fit out of levels 4 and 5 of the existing Voyager building. We completed the said fit out with our partnering company, Heatworks ltd in 12 weeks. The level/quality of services was extremely high resulting in a very high specification call centre. The value of works completed in the 12 week timescale was approximately 1.5million.

As a result of this successfully completed project we have now commenced a new project with the main contractor JF Finnegan ltd and are progressing further potential works for Etihad.

Storage facility for Mawdsley Brooks, Doncaster
We have recently completed the conversion/enhancement of two storage/administration buildings, Quest 22 and 90 located in the Doncaster. Each building had been provided with a basic/minimal level of services, these were enhance/replaced to provide a state of art energy efficient facility for Mawdsley Brooks to operate from.

Within the controlled temperature storage areas intelligent, self contained lighting was provided, this allowed enhanced capital allowances to be claimed whilst energy bills have been kept to the minimum. In addition the existing security and fire alarm systems were upgraded commensurate with the building new operational requirements.

Production facility for Boxford Engineering, Elland
This is a new production facility built in conjunction with Marshall Construction. Initially base lighting, power and fire alarms were provided to the building which consisted of a two storey office/utility space, storage area, main production facility, access road, car park and service yard. Our scope was then increased to include data cabling to office areas and production, process power and to upgrade the production area lighting to the ECA qualification standard.

Works have continued as the client is constantly upgrading/enhancing his processes with new machinery being connected as and when this is procured.
